RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted for purchases made through ENVOLE.


Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of limited releases, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Promotional or discounted items

  • Accessories where hygiene or wear is a consideration


Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will assess and provide an appropriate resolution.
