SHIPPING COSTS AND TIME
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and are shipped from our warehouse. Signature is required upon delivery.

After your order is processed and sent out, you'll receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number. If you're not registered yet, you can still track your order, but we recommend signing up to make it easier to keep track of future orders.
DDP (DELIVERY DUTY PAID)
We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to the United Kingdom. The prices listed on our website are inclusive of VAT and do not require additional taxes or customs fees to be paid.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed or shipped, it cannot be altered due to technical reasons. However, all items purchased from the Versace Online Store can be returned within 30 days. If you need additional assistance, our customer service team will be happy to help.
PACKAGING
Depending on the item purchased, your order will be packaged in Elite Training Club garment bags, boxes, or dustbags. For security reasons, your order will be shipped in a plain box to protect it from theft.
INSURANCE
Elite Training Club insures all items against theft and accidental damage during transit until they are delivered to the shipping address. Once the items are delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If the box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend refusing the delivery or noting the damage when signing for receipt. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.
